9*Yumi-chan::First Smile

This is the first time I've seen a smile from Yumi.

This makes me smile from the heart... :)

8*Yumi-chan::Take a Bath!

Yumi-chan had her very first bath today! 

Congratulations Yumi-chan!! :)

She was pretty good in the tub! She didn't bark at all. But she was shaking throughout

the whole process. It's expected anyways. It's her very first bath. She probably felt cold even though

the water was lukewarm. But very good Yumi-chan!

So now, she smells so fresh and clean!!!!! (^0^)/

We just really had to get rid of her smelly dog odour. Hehe. :)

7*Yumi-chan::Deep Sleep.

Every time I check up on her, she's always asleep! Haha!

I guess that's just how puppies are. ;)

6*Yumi-chan-Pink Converse

Thanks to her cute pink collar, she matches really well with those

Pink Converse. Haha! So cute! (o*^w^*o)

5*Yumi-chan-Just You and Me.

Me and Ya nee-chan didn't have school today because it was an in-service.

Then again, Ya nee-chan had to go to her friend's small house party,

so I was left alone with Yumi-chan.

I actually felt like a dogsitter, since I was doing the laundry,

kind of cleaning the house, and taking care of her. Phew~

Having a dog is no easy task, minna! (>___<) Haha!

But just having a dog beside you, it always calms my mind and makes me smile. :)

Menudo!

Dad cooked Menudo for lunch today! :)

And surprisingly, dad's actually a good cook! Haha! (I'm kidding)

Congratulations Daddy! Next time, cook Chicken Curry! :)

4*Yumi-chan-Towel Bath Day!

She got her first Towel bath today! Yaay! :)

But of course, her smelly odor is still there since it's not yet a real bath. Haha!

And when I took her to a walk, she was always beside or behind me--which is a good thing.

Well, I've been reading these Puppy Tips and Some Helpful Lessons for Puppies online,

and one stated that when you're going to take your dog to a walk, as much as possible, try

to keep ahead of your dog. This is to let them be aware that you're the leader. So maybe that could come in handy for you, too! :)

And she's being really really playful now and she's starting to chew on almost everything!

Sigh. We need some really anti-chew training to do, Yumi-chan! (>.<)

3*Yumi-chan's Chew day

Yumi-chan Day 3: Chew Day!
Yay! Yumi-chan's sooooo much more active now! When we go outside,
she runs so fast and she's so makulit. Haha! And, she chews a lot of stuff. Everything she sees,
she chews them! Haha! But she also learned her name! (Finally!) She wouldn't
listen to us at first, but thanks to Ate Grace's treat, she finally does what we tell her.
I'm so happy she finally comes to you when you call her. :') Haha!
And even daddy talks to her just recently. Somehow, she understands him....? Haha!
And we took her for a walk! She needs to get used to a leash soon! :)
She was biting on her leash most of the time, but she was pretty good! (^____^)

2*Yumi-chan

 I know I'm a wee-bit late, but this was Yumi-chan for her Day 2! :)

Yesterday, she was at least a bit active and moves around the house than her first day! Yay~

And of course, she still sleeps....a lot. Haha! But she had a lot of visitors yesterday! (^0^)/

She was sleeping when they came, but fortunately, she woke up soon and played with all of them. :)

Yay! We finally have our new Cocker Spaniel dog, Yumi-chan, in her new home!

I feel really happy for having her. :)

Thanks for mom and dad for giving us a chance! 

We'll make sure to take care of this big responsibility you let us have!

This is one of the events that only dog lovers would appreciate,

a.k.a us. Haha! Ironically, we are dog lovers yet we don't have our own dog. (_ _')

Sketch, sketch..

Today, we had our Grade 9 Leisure Art course at school.

My teacher said that we should have at least 30 minutes of

homesketching per week. Since I was pretty bored and I was

in a sketchy mood, I sketched this blue house that I randomly saw 

while fixing the newspapers. I thought it'd be cool to sketch it.

And I think the result wasn't as bad as I thought. Haha! :)

School is back. And yes, it's reality.

Instead of excitement, I'm feeling anxiety. sigh

Sometimes, I don't know why I'm feeling the opposite. Haha!

Piano

Hooray~~~~~ Piano's finally here!

Last night, the piano which we bought from UsedWinnipeg--and may I say, this piano

is in very good condition and great quality, and we got it for a very low-reasonable price! YAY!.

So, it's finally here! Whew~ actually, the movers arrived much later than we expected,

but we're just happy enough that they were able to bring the piano in one whole piece. Arigato movers! :)

And so, since this morning, I've been playing non-stop. Haha! I am in love with this piano! ♥

I've decided to name it Taku-san. Taku means "many" in Japanese.
