I love how this makes me feel very soft and fluffy from the inside. :)

I noticed that recently, I've been taking pictures of the skies, haven't I? 

They're just really pretty on their own. This could be one of the things that I greatly 

appreciate about Winnipeg; the Winnipeg Sky. :)

Studying Hiragana!

Even though it's summer vacation and we're not at school,

me and nee-chan are studying how to write hiragana! :)

With just simply paper and a pen, and Ryuu (our iTouch) which has the app to teach us,

slowly and bit-by-bit, we are learning.

Learning is a slow process of understanding one thing that you're not quite familiar with.

I know it's not much yet, but I know once we're done, we can achieve much more! (^_^)

P.S: Sorry for some of the wrong writings there. I still need to learn more. haha! Ganbarimasu! :)

The sun is setting down pretty early now. sigh.

 It simply means that Fall is just around the corner.

Music Recording

Me and nee-chan had a "studio" music recording at the basement. Haha! 

We recorded one of our original compostion: Melody. It was awesome!
Oh, and we exchanged our old Domo-kun into a new and better one. And it worked very well.

Yay! Our very first nicely recorded song! Yes! :)

We watched the Hey! Say! Jump-ing Tour '08-'09 for the third time now! 

We just felt like watching it. Haha! ♥

I like how the flash had a different effect on this one. :)

Spotlight.

Itadakimasu~

I cooked for tonight's dinner! :)

Well, it's not like it's a gourmet dinner or anything. I just cook simple and easy food. Haha!

For tonight, our dinner is corned beef, cooked in two ways: the normal and corned beef soup.

Yep, corned beef soup. Since daddy doesn't like the dry normal corned beef, he likes in a soup.

Apparently, it's just dad who likes his corned beef that way. But we're all good. :)

Awesome night!

Had an awesome night yesternight!

At first, we played dominoes. Then, played around with some shadow casting stuff.

And, it ended up with us just taking random pictures. Haha! 

But my favorite part was our long-playing random conversation.

We tried sleeping right away, but once we were already laying down,

we just started having a sister-to-sister talk about random things. Haha! 

That's why I like sleeping in tents, somehow, a lot of interesting things happen. :)

Camping Backyard!

After 3 days of setting the tent up, me and Ya nee-chan will be finally sleeping in there tonight!

Yay~ Although it looks cold with all the blowing of the wind, it's surprisingly hot.

You can feel the warm breeze of the wind. Haha!

Anyways, we're all set up to go camping... in our backyard! It's big enough for the tent to fit in. 

Unfortunately, dad can't sleep with us for now since he has work. And nee-chan and mom don't want to

sleep there. Not sure why~

But mom was pretty worried, to the extent that she told us to bring along a metal baseball bat and

our telephone. Haha! Dad was even laughing. It's okay, it's a self-defense weapon. Haha!

Basketball!

Me, nee-chan, Ya nee-chan and daddy went to the court to play basketball! 

Yay~ it's so nice to play some sports again while it's still summer. 

Somehow, dad wanted to play and so we all went there.

As a matter of fact, we DO need some exercise. Haha! 

We played basketball, sepak takraw, and tennis. Whoo~ that was some active day! :)

We're not related at all, but we were neighbors back in the Philippines.
We've been neighbors until we came here. It's nice to see them again. :)

And while celebrating their arrival, we played Grounders at the playground.

It was fun! I missed playing around like a kid. Haha!

Barbecue on a Windy Day.

Yesterday was a really windy day. The wind was so strong that it almost tore

apart our canopy.... literally. But we were able to save it.

But believe or not, Dad was grilling pork during a weather like that! 

I don't really know why, but out of all the days, he chose a windy day. 

I thought we will never be able to cook anything with that kind of weather going on,

but unbelievably, we did.

Wanna know how you can have a successful barbecue during a windy day?

Easy. Do it how my daddy does it.

It's called the "cover-the-barbecue Daddy-Style" technique.

And hope that... well, your barbecue will be successful.

Somehow, ours worked. Don't really know how.

But we were glad that we had grilled pork for dinner. Haha!

This shot turned out to be.... interesting. Haha! I actually took this shot

last month. At first, I thought it would be just nothing.

But it turned out differently. Haha! It looks like an eye of a monster, doesn't it?

But yeah, it's the doorhole. 

But somehow, it looks like a tunnel, and there you see the light at the end. 

It's cool whenever you get these kinds of pictures. Unexpected. :)
